We’re Literally Dying

Registration for Knit Social’s Literally Dyeing retreat opens tomorrow, Friday, February 28 at 7:00 am PST. The retreat, being held May 1-3 on Galiano Island, will welcome Rachel and Kate from Spin Cycle Yarns who will teach a fiber dyeing class for all levels. Also on the retreat itinerary is Turkish spindle class, ample knitting time, optional hike, and a pop-up marketplace.

Making Magazine Call For Submissions

Making is now accepting submission for issue No.11 set to be released in Spring 2021. The Making team is looking for garments, accessories, or decor items knit, sewn, woven, quilted, or crocheted made from light to medium weight fiber. Proposals are due by March 30 and those chosen will have to deliver the pattern and sample by July 1.
