Local Yarn Store Day is scheduled for April 25, 2020 and its host, The National Needlearts Association (TNNA), is looking for an official pattern for the big event. TNNA members, which includes yarn industry professionals, are challenged to create a knitting and/or crochet pattern that will be promoted to participating local yarn stores across the country. Submit pictures and a description of your “blank slate,” work-with-a-variety-of-yarns pattern by September 20th to be considered.

Explore New York City’s yarn shops during the NYC Yarn Crawl happening September 27 – 29 from Brooklyn to Soho and everywhere in between. Over the three-day event, visit as many of the 12 participating yarn shops to discover knitworthy yarns, experience special events, and have a chance to win some sweet prizes.
