But first, check out if there is a Pitch ‘n’ Stitch in your area. Because baseball and knitting go together like peanuts and Cracker Jacks.

Countdown To I Love Yarn Day

The Craft Yarn Council (CYC) is gearing up to celebrate another I Love Yarn Day, happening this year on Saturday, October 12th. On this day, stitchers all over the globe are encouraged to publicly declare their passion for the fiber arts by raising awareness in person and/or online. Tag your yarn pics on social media with #iloveyarnday, meet up in public with friends to knit, host a crochet-a-long, or head to your LYS to squish some skeins. You can also download free patterns provided by CYC members or enter the CYC-hosted giveaways to win prizes.
